The failure and damage of hydraulic system are mostly caused by pollution, insufficient maintenance and improper oil selection. In order to ensure that the hydraulic system is in a good performance state and prolong its service life, it is used reasonably, and the hydraulic motor accessories are routinely inspected and maintained.


     The general precautions for use are as follows:


1. At low temperature, the oil temperature should be above 20 ℃ to allow sequential operation; when the oil temperature is higher than 60 ℃, attention should be paid to the working conditions of the system.


2. For equipment that has been shut down for more than 4 hours, the hydraulic pump should be run without load for 5 minutes before starting the actuator.


3. It is not allowed to arbitrarily adjust the interlocking device of the electrical control device system, and move the position of each limit switch, stopper and stroke bumper at will.


4. Various hydraulic elements and auxiliary parts are not allowed to move without the consent of the competent department. Uchida plunger pump accessories should notify the relevant departments to analyze the reasons and eliminate them. In addition to the above points, the management of spare parts and hydraulic oil of various types of hydraulic parts should be done in accordance with relevant regulations.
