note:


(1) The automatic lubrication pump should use 2# extreme pressure lithium-based grease, and the use of 3# grease is prohibited!
(2) Please do not mix grease of different brands and different models!



Structure and use method of automatic centralized lubrication system:
The automatic centralized lubrication system is mainly composed of three parts: automatic lubrication pump, distributor and connecting pipeline
The automatic lubrication pump is driven by a hydraulic motor to deliver grease to each lubrication point.


note:

1. The observation port is only used to observe the height of the oil level in the automatic lubrication pump. It is strictly forbidden to add grease from the observation port, otherwise it will cause damage to the lubrication pump.
2. The drive motor of the automatic lubrication pump is a one-way motor. Pay attention to the direction of the oil circuit when connecting to avoid damage to the drive motor.

1. Grease the automatic lubrication pump with the special grease tool in the random tool.
2. It should be observed every day whether the pressure alarm on the distributor has an alarm condition (that is, there is grease overflow on the pressure alarm). If the alarm alarms, it indicates that the system is clogged and should be investigated in time.
3. Every day should observe whether the overflow valve of the grease outlet of the automatic lubrication pump overflows with grease. If there is grease overflow, it indicates that there is a problem with the lubrication pump. Please contact the service personnel in time.
4. The oil pump motor should be turned off before disassembling the automatic lubrication pump to connect the oil pipe, otherwise it will cause a serious accident.
